Arrowfeeds manufactures a comprehensive series of balanced animal feeds. Feed is one of the most important and determining factors for successful livestock farming. Livestock can only reach its full production potential if optimal feed requirements are met. Saving on the cost of feed always results in lower-quality produce.
Arrowfeeds covers the entire spectrum of feed requirements namely:
Broiler to layer
Summer and winter cattle licks
Presentation of feeds is in the form of mash, pellets or crumbs.
Our grain division is vastly experienced in the grain market and specifically focuses on the areas that we operate in. Our clients can, therefore, depend on expert market advice and information.
We provide a range of comprehensive services to the producers and end-users of grain, focusing on grain marketing, silo services and Safex trading.
Furthermore, we produce our own branded maize meal and animal feeds and supply these products at retail, wholesale and farm level.
The TWK Logistics team identified the need to formulate a comprehensive logistics strategy that was aligned to the group’s overall business strategy and encompassed all movements – from the forest/fields to the final destination. This strategy included a multitude of options such as rail, owned fleet, outsourced fleet and a dedicated contracted fleet.
Putting a TMS platform in the TWK ecosystem gives TWK leadership and shareholders peace of mind that the lowest cost plan is deployed every day based on the resources available to TWK. In the meantime, the TWK Logistics team has access to much more information and data than they would ever have had before.
